How did I end up here?

Hi, Hello.

How should I start?.

It is my first time, first time writing an article all by myself, probably this could be my 100th attempt to get it right. In my whole life, I believed that article writing is not my cup of tea.

All thanks to Sayed and Sumit for giving me this push to prove myself wrong and showing me that there is nothing impossible.

My Pre-pandemic life

Before speaking about Syed and Sumit, I should be introducing myself. I am an Engineer graduate, unemployed & a confused homemaker.

Pre-pandemic, I was trying to figure out my life in many ways.

I was learning about Digital marketing through a few well-known online platforms like Udemy, Coursera, Linkedin learning, and Google.

Here’s when all the confusion began

I thought self-learning is the best and comfortable way to acquire knowledge. I was stuffing myself with information without realizing the consequences. Later on, I understood that I was juggling and was unable to figure out the right path to implement the comprehension acquired.

By the time I realized the shortfall, the lockdown has already happened, which further drove me dispirited and anguish. Like everyone, the pandemic shook my world, convinced myself, this too shall pass.

Ray of hope

It was mid-September.

I remembered the proverbial phrase,

“When life gives you lemons, make a lemonade.”

Fortunately, an announcement post on a Facebook group about Digital Marketing Internship caught my eye, and I got enrolled in right away on the webinar list. I would fail in expressing how hopeful I was then.

A week later.

25th September, 7:30 pm UAE

Sayed and Sumit, the two strong pillars of Innomind Digital academy, introduced themselves and demonstrated few testimonials of their past interns whose accomplishments and achievements inspired me more.

The 2-hour long webinar was informative about how their eight weeks of internship work. For me, this internship stood out from the rest for the fact that we can even start earning from the 3rd week.

This internship is not just a one-on-one session but also jointly with the potent communities of Facebook and Whatsapp groups.

Every week, we will have two live classes on Thursday and Saturday, which will be a live mentorship class and a live coaching class consecutively.

And the best thing is that even if we left out something in the live session, they would upload the recorded version of the respective live classes into their learning portal, which will be available to you as soon as you enroll in the internship.

By the end of the webinar session, I was pretty sure that I want to follow the digital marketing lifestyle as Sayed and Sumit does.

After a week of excitement

Day 1

3rd October, 7:30 pm UAE.

The 2-hour live orientation was about niche clarity and goal clarity card.

The mentors were successful in giving the push that we all needed to reach our goal. They also discussed the fundamental skills of the integrated approach to digital marketing and to create three different types of incomes for ourselves by doing CONSULTING. COLLABORATION. COACHING.

The mentorship helped us to figure out how to narrow down to one micro-niche, also in identifying our goal clarity card for the next six months, What we are going to accomplish and how we are going to grow our income to the next level.

Day 2

4th October, 7:30 pm UAE.

They unveiled the expertise desirable to lead a Digital Marketing lifestyle and a brief overview of the skill acquisition.

I received the Certificate of Completion as ‘Basic Digital Marketing Certified’ after completing the short 5 minutes graded test.

The end of week 1

10th October, 7:30 pm, UAE

My mentor introduced funnels, ToFu, MoFu & BoFu, and their significance in Digital marketing.

The 2.5 hr session ended with four assignments by introducing to the blog writing skills.

The conclusion

I officially became a part of this Digital Marketing Internship Program — October batch.

I can learn and work with the mentors, Sayed’s and Sumit’s company projects, or on my business projects to build a real-time practice to take my business Digitally.

And the most exciting part is, I am heading off to Learn, Implement & Earn throughout this internship program, the most significant motivational factor for me to remain consistent in my efforts.

And here I am, almost to the end of my first ever blog-writing and pretty much shocked to see myself coming this far.
